The VP for E-Commerce and Revenue Management is responsible for leading Chroma Hospitality’s strategies in revenue management, e-commerce, distribution, and sales to maximize financial performance across its portfolio. This executive role ensures revenue and market share growth exceed industry benchmarks while equipping property-level teams with technology-driven solutions in pricing, digital marketing, and system integration.The VP collaborates closely with internal teams, managed properties, and external partners, while also overseeing the selection and implementation of essential systems such as PMS, RMS, CRS, and other distribution technologies to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment across properties.
Qualifications/Requirements
This role requires at least 10 years of experience in hospitality revenue and e-commerce management, with a strong grasp of industry reports (STR, Demand360, Revinate, P&L, etc.) and systems. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in data interpretation, statistical tools, and advanced Excel use, with a working knowledge of online marketing tools including Google Ads and social media platforms.A high level of discretion, strong decision-making and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are critical to success in this role. Experience handling strategic planning and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Business / Engineering / Finance / Economics / Math / Statistics preferred
