CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to billing via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information regarding invoices, charges, payment terms, and account details
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process billing transactions, adjustments, refunds, and payment postings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer billing records in the CRM or billing system
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, sales) to resolve complex billing concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure billing issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and regulatory standards
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (KPIs)
- Identify and recommend improvements to billing processes and customer experience
