URGENT HIRING! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in handling billing concerns. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their bills, explain charges, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure that all customer concerns are addressed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO experience handling billing concerns
- Open to college-level applicants with excellent communication skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze billing statements and explain charges clearly
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned at either JDN Mandaue or 1Nito Tower.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to billing inquiries
- Explain billing statements, charges, and payment options to customers
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Provide professional and excellent customer service
