Job Summary

The Data Analyst shall oversee the company’s data management, tracking, reporting, and analytical requirements across various teams and business channels. The role is responsible for consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources including MDC, Generika, RBC, and Watsons, while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

The position also involves developing dashboards, monitoring performance trends, generating analytical reports, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support management, sales, marketing, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, monitoring tools, and management reports.
  • Conduct trend analysis, performance monitoring, and data interpretation to support business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Generate regular analytical reports and executive summaries for management review.
  • Support sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams with accurate and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather, reconcile, and validate required reports and data submissions.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and proper organization of company data and reports.
  • Assist in report automation, process streamlining, and enhancement of reporting systems and tools.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • With at least 3–5 years relevant experience in data analytics, business reporting, or management reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience in ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
  • Mature, disciplined, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
