JOB DUTIES:
- Follow laboratory rules and do laboratory-specific administrative task
- Accurately enter oil sample data, equipment details, and analysis results into the database.
- Validate entered data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to predefined formats.
- Monitor the status of oil samples received, processed, and analyzed, ensuring all samples are accounted for.
- Regularly update and maintain the oil analysis database, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with field technicians to schedule and coordinate oil sample collection, ensuring proper labelling and documentation.
- Perform data quality checks, identifying and rectifying any anomalies, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Collaborate with analysts and technicians to resolve data-related issues.
- Assist analysts in preparing oil analysis reports by providing accurate and verified data for inclusion.
- Review reports for data accuracy before final distribution.
- Maintain organized documentation of sample collection dates, data entry timestamps, and other relevant information.
- Communicate with laboratory personnel to ensure smooth data transfer, analysis, and timely report generation.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's/college degree in Applied Science in Laboratory Technology/allied field
- Experience in laboratory setting but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
