Inventory Assistant

Job Summary:
An inventory Control Assistant is responsible for managing and organizing a company’s inventory to ensure accurate stock records. This includes receiving and inspecting shipments, recording item details, and maintaining a tidy and organized storage area.Monitors inventory levels, assists with ordering, conducts inventory counts, and collaborates with team members to resolve any inventory-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Facilitates and organizes periodic physical and comprehensive inventory audits to ensure accurate stock management.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and stock levels.
- Identifies and analyzes discrepancies in inventory levels and implements the appropriate corrective measures.
- Work closely with the Inventory Controller to verify that inventory counts are precise and that materials are procured on time. 6. Collaborate with other staff in the stockroom as needed.
Qualifications and Standards:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any related course
- One (1) year of experience as an Inventory Assistant
- Ability to carry a load of at least 50kg.
- Inventory Management Certification
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
