KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Data Tracking and Reporting
- Update and manage inventory records in the system.
- Prepare inventory-related reports, such as stock availability, shortages, and turnover rates.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Stock Control
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure the proper storage and organization of goods for easy access and minimal damage.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
- Supplier and Department Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement to track incoming shipments and verify deliveries.
- Communicate with sales, logistics, and other departments regarding inventory needs and
- Quality Assurance
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Ensure proper handling and storage practices to maintain product integrity.
- System Optimization
- Assist in implementing and improving inventory management systems and processes.
- Train staff on inventory-related procedures and best practices.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory environment.
- Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor related to inventory and warehouse
operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is
- Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
