Job Summary:
Leads the Influencer & Talent Operations function, driving strategy, revenue growth, and team performance. Responsible for building and managing a high-performing talent network and ensuring all influencer initiatives deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define department strategy, KPIs, and performance standards
- Drive revenue through influencer and talent monetization strategies
- Develop and manage a strong influencer/talent pipeline
- Track market trends and apply insights to improve performance and pricing
- Manage partnerships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders
- Oversee campaign allocation and execution quality
- Ensure compliance, brand standards, and content quality
- Build scalable processes, tools, and operational systems
- Align with internal teams for smooth campaign delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years (Manager) or 8–12+ years (Senior Manager) in influencer/talent marketing or digital operations
- Strong experience in campaign management, partnerships, and revenue-driven roles
- Knowledge of influencer platforms, analytics, pricing models, and CRM/tools
Compensation is flexible, depending on qualifications and overall fit for the position.
