The ideal talent for this role must hold a bachelor's degree in management or equivalent and possesses at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations are essential.The candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, high customer service orientation, and strong ethical values. Being organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, they must effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervises the daily activities of the unit.
- Checks and reviews Stock Replenishment List. Ensures materials are safely and properly delivered and received on Satellite Depot.
- Ensures timely releasing of Goods Receipt to production and provides reference screenshot to vendors.
- Reviews existing processes and procedures concerning warehouse management, and recommends improvement to ensure process excellence and improvement of service level.
- Assists in the preparation of annual budget of Warehouse Management.
- Prepares all necessary documents such as cash advances & liquidation, request for payment (RFP), and purchase requisitions. Maintains proper filing of warehouse documents.
- Inspects delivery trucks and warehouse vehicles, and reports or recommends repairs to ensure road worthiness.
- Coordinates with concerned departments/divisions issues concerning warehouse management.
- Prepares necessary management reports pertaining warehouse management.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably engineering or management
- Certification in Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- With at least two (3) years of relevant work experience
- With at least two (2) years of supervisory work experience
