Job description:

Systems and Inventory Supervisor

• Prepares and maintains necessary documentation for system implementation. Documentation includes preparation of Business Narrative for each client, preparation and cleaning of Master Data, system change requests, system operating instructions and user guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants all logistics needed for the project implementation.
• Bridge between operations and technical side of the business in designing and building system architecture.
• Train end users on established applications.
• Provide functional supervision for specific assigned projects.
• Review existing systems and procedures and recommend area for process improvement through automation by leveraging on various technology tools and applications.
• Monitor the system performance base on customer requirement and specification.

• In charge of establishing check-in procedures in which goods are received and accounted for in an efficient manner.
• Monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory.
• Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other.
• Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.
• Administer all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to manufacturer.
• Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all warehouse / stockroom locations.
• Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes if required.
• Manage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as required.
