Job Description

Position Title: SURVEILLANCE MANAGER

• Supervises surveillance staff and operations to prevent fraud, theft, and cheating by monitoring casino activity using advanced technology, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, investigating suspicious incidents, and coordinating with management and law enforcement.
• Include developing and implementing security policies, managing budgets, training and evaluating surveillance teams, analyzing security data, and maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment.
• Train new Agents on policies and procedures, standards of integrity, job skills, and duties and responsibilities.
• Develop and conduct ongoing skill development training to ensure agents maintain

• Two - Three years of casino surveillance or security experience, with a proven Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• Capable of speaking and writing English is strongly recommended for communication with overseas teams.
