Coordinate inventory movements, transfers, and replenishment between the head office and company branches.
Monitor inventory levels of all branches and ensure adequate stock availability based on operational requirements
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient storage.
Monitor expiration dates and product conditions, where applicable.
In-charge of SAP encoding for all branches.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist during internal and external inventory audits.

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledgeable in SAP (advantage but not required)
Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in Inventory and auditing
Preferably with experience in general admin tasks
Willing to travel for field work
