GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Documentation Assistant are responsible for handling various documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting efficient document management processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of 4 years course
- At least 1 year experience in Documentation Assistant or in a similar role
- Receive, sort, and file documents, both physical and electronic.
- Ensure proper indexing and categorization of documents for easy retrieval.
- Implement and maintain an organized filing system
- Input data into databases and maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports as needed and assist in data analysis
- Retrieve requested documents promptly and accurately.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments or individuals.
- Monitor and track document movement within the organization
