GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Documentation Assistant are responsible for handling various documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting efficient document management processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of 4 years course
  • At least 1 year experience in Documentation Assistant or in a similar role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, sort, and file documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Ensure proper indexing and categorization of documents for easy retrieval.
  • Implement and maintain an organized filing system
  • Input data into databases and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports as needed and assist in data analysis
  • Retrieve requested documents promptly and accurately.
  • Distribute documents to relevant departments or individuals.
  • Monitor and track document movement within the organization
