About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Admin Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer of J7 Plaza- Iloilo, a leading home services provider in Iloilo City. This full-time role will be based in our Iloilo City office and will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other important documents
- Handling a wide range of correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of the COO
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
