Supports the Shift Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team supervision, and compliance with company policies. This role helps maintain efficiency, productivity, and service quality during assigned shifts.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least College level or graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be knowledgeable in Table Games Operations/Procedures.
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in the casino industry
- Working knowledge of casino software and applications
- Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedule which may include weekends and public holidays.
