Job Overview
The Associate Manager supports the Operations Manager / Client Services / Sr. Operations Manager in daily activities of the assigned program, working to identify trends and drive performance. In this role, you work closely with the Operations Manager to support and develop the SMEs, Team Leaders, and Agents.The Associate Manager will be responsible for level 1 HR concerns, managing performance expectations, driving productivity and efficiency metrics, motivating, and encouraging the staff to develop a great work environment.
Qualifications- Three years’ experience in a leadership role in the BPO/call center environment. Experience handling Healthcare accounts is a plus.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
