Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, sales support, or client coordination role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving role objectives
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good understanding of business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Service Sales Field Team and serve as the primary link to the Operations Team.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor, report, and drive sales growth through Quoted Works and Internal Technical Sales.
  • Prepare quotations for internal technical repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate technician visits to client sites for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Monitor the commercial performance of regional customers to help ensure contracts are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Track customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company standards.
  • Build productive and professional relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Achieve individual targets related to service contracts.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic business objectives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the business.
