Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
Administration & Accounts Support- Process New/Reactivation of existing Creditor setup forms.
- Maintain supplier and subcontractor master data within Jobpac and company systems.
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding including collection and verification of ABNs, insurances, bank details, licenses and compliance documentation.
- Assist with supplier invoice coding and batching within Jobpac.
- Maintain accurate creditor records and supplier information.
- Code and review expense claims and company credit card transactions within Concur.
- Assist with payment processing and accounts payable administration.
- Resolve invoice, purchase order, and supplier account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of supplier, subcontractor and financial documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding account enquiries.
- Assist with month-end administration and reporting requirements.
- Maintain PVRS coding.
- Provide general administration support to Purchasing, Finance and Operations teams.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by Management.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience using ERP systems (Jobpac preferred).
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Experience in Purchasing Administration, Accounts Payable, or a similar administration role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
