Store Manager (Gentle Monster) - Manila
You will oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with company standards, manage inventory, and cultivate a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and coaching. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing profitability, enhancing brand presence, and fostering strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term business success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive sales through the performance and development of the Sales Associate. Ensure the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards.A. Strategy Development & Implementation - Actively contributes and assists in developing strategies in collaboration with a team to increase store traffic; optimize profitability; develop high potential customers; Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share and work towards implementing these strategies within the store.
B. Customer Experience - Lead the team in executing an exceptional customer service experience and creating memorable moments by exceeding their expectations; building meaningful customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
C. Sales/Revenue Management - Drive and maximize sales performance of the team to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably. Communicates company set KPI’s; identifies and implements strategies to ensure performance standards are met for all the KPI's.
D. Store Management (Operations) - Maintains operations by ensuring compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure. Ensures that the team is knowledgeable and adequately trained in SOPs.
E. Stock Management - Ensures that the team is adequately trained in inventory management techniques such as in-bound and out bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies. Develops and maintains a system for monitoring and controlling inventory levels that result in minimal shrinkage. Resolves discrepancies identified in the inventory report.
F. People Management - Recruitment, training, developing, and coaching all members of the store team to ensure high-performance, productivity, and enhanced customer engagement. Develops team members by establishing specific performance objectives, regularly measuring performance, and conducting evidenced performance review feedback sessions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of sales experience in the luxury retail environment
- Management and leadership experience
- Department store experience is preferred
- Eyewear industry knowledge is preferred.

- Inventory Management systems knowledge
- English language proficiency (spoken & written)
