About the role
Amaia Land Corp, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Associate Sales Director to join our vibrant team in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this fulltime role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our residential sales division.As the Associate Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed their targets and achieve outstanding results
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales planning and decision-making
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales team members, helping them to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization
- Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the residential sales division
- With ready pool of manpower (Sales Managers and sales Agents)
- Significant experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent understanding of the local property market, trends, and customer preferences in the Angeles City and Pampanga region
- Preferably from Pampanga or near the City
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach team members
- Keen analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
