We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Assistant to join our Iloilo office, providing remote, first-class support to our Bermuda-based Management Consultants.

Role Overview

The HR Assistant provides essential administrative and client support to our Human Resources and Immigration Consultants in Bermuda. This role supports a broad range of activities including HR administration, immigration processing, recruitment coordination, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with our client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support across HR, Immigration, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client, employee, and immigration records within internal systems
  • Drafting professional communications, forms, and documentation for clients, candidates, and employees
  • Supporting immigration applications, renewals, job advertising, and candidate screening
  • Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, invoicing, and payments
  • Tracking deadlines, reports, and action items, and escalating issues when necessary
  • Coordinating with consultants, managers, and internal teams to meet service delivery standards
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting additional projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

At a minimum, successful applicants will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 3 years of client-facing or administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong ability to drive and execute communication across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Proven experience in preparing, gathering, reviewing, and organizing documentation, including cover letters and supporting documents
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organization and time-management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work onsite at our office in Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao, Iloilo City
  • Availability to work the graveyard shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, adjusting to 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM during Daylight Saving Time
