What You'll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via minimal calls, chat and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Document interactions in the system
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Meet performance and productivity goals
- Work closely with teammates and support ongoing improvements
- No BPO experience required
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
