About the role
Top Alliance is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic call centre team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to customers across various channels.This role is fundamental to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, even if you have no prior call centre experience.
What you'll be doing- Answering incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly, working towards first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
- Processing customer requests including orders, returns, and account updates
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using company systems
- Following company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
- Handling multiple customer contacts simultaneously while maintaining composure and patience
- Escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues
- No prior call centre or customer service experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills with a genuine desire to help customers
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Fluency in English (Filipino language skills are a bonus)
