We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to help organize and manage project workflows for our marketing team. This person will act as a project lead and "scrum master" for marketing, ensuring tasks are created, assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.

They must be an expert in ClickUp administration — creating tasks, projects, reports, dashboards, and marketing calendars for different sales/GTM teams. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up, and the ability to collaborate with all marketing team members across multiple initiatives.

This role will primarily require availability during local business hours in US Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage ClickUp for the marketing department
• Create, assign, and track tasks for all marketing campaigns and projects
• Maintain accurate marketing calendars by sales/GTM team
• Build and manage ClickUp dashboards and reporting
• Facilitate project updates, task reviews, and sprint planning sessions
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing functions
• Keep projects moving and proactively follow up on overdue items
• Expert-level experience using ClickUp (task management, reporting, automations)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across a large team
• Experience working with marketing teams or B2B SaaS companies is a plus
