Admin/Finance/Taxation Officer

This is a full-time role for an Admin/Finance/HR Manager, based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. The role involves performing administrative tasks, financial operations, and providing excellent office managerial service.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, preferrably in Business Administration, Accounting and related fields.

• Keep our books clean and our financial records audit-ready
• Own BIR tax compliance end-to-end — VAT, withholding, monthly/quarterly filings via eFPS and other BIR portals
• Manage SEC filings, business and city permits, and all government reportorial requirements
• Track AR/AP, invoicing, and cash flow, giving leadership the numbers they need to make decisions
• Support HR and office administration to keep the BGC team running smoothly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• 1+ year of hands-on BIR tax compliance experience (non-negotiable)
• 1+ year handling SEC filings, permits, and government requirements
• Detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy
• Bonus: exposure to Korean or multinational business environments
