Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and documents
  • Greet visitors and handle front desk inquiries professionally
  • Answer and route phone calls; perform clerical tasks like filing and data entry
  • Maintain and update facility bookings and monthly activity calendar
  • Provide logistical support during events and assist with cashier duties as needed
  • Support staff and departments with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Office Admin, Business, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, clerical, or front desk roles preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Courteous, reliable, and flexible to assist beyond core duties
