Administrative Assistant
About the role
As an Administrative Assistant at Romaro Corporation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for executives
- Provide typing, filing, and other clerical support as needed
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of events and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and optimisation of administrative procedures
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional support
- Bachelor's degree qualification required
