Core Job purpose
Create and Develop Architectural Office Design Drawings including but not limited to General Floor layout, Wall & Partition Plans, Furniture & Joineries Schedule, Lighting & Electrical plan, Floor, Walls and Ceiling finishes, IT devices, CCTV, Security & Access Control components, Signages, general Shop drawings, 3D renderings and Bill of Materials/Quantities for projects in the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East, Africa, Europe, UK and the Americas based on IWG standards
Duties and responsibilities- Preparation and Development of Design Package, Floorplans & BOM/BOQ
- Analyze and adapt space design and utilization and changing demands to meet new requirements
- Assign or classify space according to pertinent standards and procedures
- Design and implement programs and processes to deliver operational effectiveness targets within the area of space management
- Use applicable design software and AI Tools
- Development of model center design drawings and specifications
- Support the development of new designs in parallel with IWG product development
- Support the base business workspace needs in existing business centres
- Interface with Global Center Delivery teams and other related departments
- Actively participate in sharing best practices across countries, geographies and regions
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Being a licensed Architect or Interior Designer is an advantage but is not a requirement
- Should have at least seven (7) years of relevant work experience in a related field and at least three (3) years on commercial/office space planning
- Must have excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have experience on space management computer applications and highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3DRendering – Knowledge in BIM and vector works is a plus
- Proficiency in other advance related AI Design software is a plus
- Extensive experience on office space management and sound knowledge on design presentations
- Ability to work to deadlines and work as part of a team
- Strong to excellent conceptual skills in floor and space planning
- Must have an excellent attitude towards work and is self-disciplined
- Must be able to work Independently
- Can cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, shift work and overtime
- Able to keep up with the fast paced but quality results
