QA Tester | Hybrid | Up to ₱80K | Dayshift

Your Role

Step into the role of QA Tester, where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software before it reaches our clients. Use your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills to collaborate with developers and QA engineers, making every product launch smooth, efficient, and bug-free.

• Shift: Day Shift | Mon–Fri
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: ₱60,000-₱80,000
• Location: Cubao, Quezon City

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing (a plus!)
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors efficiently
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Design and create tests to identify software issues before product launch
• Analyze bugs and errors found during the testing phases
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute manual or automated test cases and analyze results
• Evaluate product code to ensure it meets specifications
• Document test outcomes clearly for the development team
• Recommend enhancements to improve software usability and performance
• Work closely with developers to refine and improve programs
• Research competitor products for insights and comparisons
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements
