Purchasing Staff
Key Responsibilities- Process Purchase Requests (PR) from different departments
- Source and evaluate suppliers; request and compare quotations
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely receipt of items
- Verify documents such as Delivery Receipts (DR) and invoices
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database
- Assist in cost comparison and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred)
- Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Experience in logistics or fleet-related purchasing is an advantage
- Supplier negotiation
