Job Responsibilities:

  • Checks completeness and receives Purchasing Requisitions (PR).
  • Processes the PR and prioritize if “rush” item.
  • Accomplish a canvass sheet with data from quotations and can negotiate price, terms and delivery time and others.
  • Generates Purchase Order (PO) thru NetSuite.
  • Routes the PO for proper approvals.
  • Transmits the PO to external providers and makes sure delivery date is certain.
  • Make sure that the items are delivered and the proper documents are in order.
  • Prepare requests for payment for items including all necessary attachments and forwards the documents to accounting.
  • Keeps accurate records of PO and attachments (e.g. request with approval, canvass sheet, quotations and other pertinent data).
  • Regularly uploads the past and current of the purchasing documents (Purchase
  • Order’s & vendors Official Receipts) in the DocuVu program.
  • Actively participates in company’s cost cutting measures, RRR, 6S and other campaigns.
  • Performs other tasks related and non-related to job that may be assigned by Superiors.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year BSC college course
  • With prior experience in Procurement
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in the field of Purchasing
  • Exposure in canvassing and interacting with External Providers an advantage.
  • Has knowledge in DocuVu and NetSuite

  • Full-time Onsite Sucat, Muntinlupa
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM
