Job Responsibilities:
- Checks completeness and receives Purchasing Requisitions (PR).
- Processes the PR and prioritize if “rush” item.
- Accomplish a canvass sheet with data from quotations and can negotiate price, terms and delivery time and others.
- Generates Purchase Order (PO) thru NetSuite.
- Routes the PO for proper approvals.
- Transmits the PO to external providers and makes sure delivery date is certain.
- Make sure that the items are delivered and the proper documents are in order.
- Prepare requests for payment for items including all necessary attachments and forwards the documents to accounting.
- Keeps accurate records of PO and attachments (e.g. request with approval, canvass sheet, quotations and other pertinent data).
- Regularly uploads the past and current of the purchasing documents (Purchase
- Order’s & vendors Official Receipts) in the DocuVu program.
- Actively participates in company’s cost cutting measures, RRR, 6S and other campaigns.
- Performs other tasks related and non-related to job that may be assigned by Superiors.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year BSC college course
- With prior experience in Procurement
- With at least 2 years’ experience in the field of Purchasing
- Exposure in canvassing and interacting with External Providers an advantage.
- Has knowledge in DocuVu and NetSuite

- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM
