Roving Merchandiser - S&L Fine Foods, Inc.

About the role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, this exciting full-time Roving Merchandiser role will see you joining the S&L Fine Foods' retail team based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of merchandising and stock management activities across a portfolio of S&L Fine Foods' retail outlets in the local area.

• Regularly visiting and auditing assigned retail stores to monitor stock levels, product positioning, and overall store presentation
• Replenishing and restocking shelves to maintain optimal product availability and visual appeal
• Identifying and addressing any issues or gaps in product display and stock management
• Collaborating with store managers to implement new merchandising plans and layouts
• Maintaining detailed records and providing timely reporting on store conditions and merchandising activities
• Supporting promotional initiatives and seasonal product rollouts as needed

• At least 2 years' experience in a merchandising or retail operations role, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with store staff
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Sound organisational skills and familiarity with inventory management processes
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
