Roving Merchandiser

About the role

As a Roving Merchandiser at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless presentation and availability of our products across multiple retail outlets in Manila City Metro Manila. This full-time position will have you managing product displays, stock replenishment, and maintaining brand standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Visiting and servicing multiple retail locations on a regular schedule to merchandise and restock products
• Ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Collaborating with store managers to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining accurate records of store conditions, product movements, and promotional activities
• Providing feedback and recommendations to the marketing and operations teams to enhance the overall in-store experience

• Proven experience as a merchandiser or retail associate, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple store visits and tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store managers and staff
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve any in-store issues
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
