Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate (ROPA Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell repossessed/pre-owned vehicles to individual and corporate buyers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-in clients
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on budget and needs
- Arrange vehicle viewing, inspection, and test drive schedules
- Explain pricing, payment terms (cash/installment), and bank financing options
- Process reservation, sales documentation, and buyer requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments (credit, documentation, warehouse/logistics)
- Maintain updated inventory of available vehicles and their condition/status
- Post and manage listings on social media, marketplaces, and company platforms
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotions to increase sales
- Monitor market trends and pricing of second-hand vehicles
