What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, applications, networks, printers, and user access.
- Log and manage support tickets using a PSA tool like ConnectWise or Autotask.
- Escalate advanced technical issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Assist with system setups, software installations, and user onboarding/offboarding.
