What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, applications, networks, printers, and user access.
  • Log and manage support tickets using a PSA tool like ConnectWise or Autotask.
  • Escalate advanced technical issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • Assist with system setups, software installations, and user onboarding/offboarding.
