Be part of our client's team as a Technical Support Representative, where you'll deliver fast, reliable assistance to users of an advanced hospitality table-ordering platform. You'll be the go-to person for support queries, ensuring users stay satisfied, connected, and confident in the product.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000Work Setup: Onsite | Makati

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role for an offshore company
- Proven customer service expertise
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to understand technical issues and deliver effective solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and networking
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- High attention to detail

- Resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively

- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when necessary
- Analyze customer queries and deliver optimal solutions
- Manage daily activities to meet customer service commitments
- Educate customers on new products and platform features
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Meet KPIs and SLAs as directed by the Team Lead
- Minimize customer churn through effective support
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the team's Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Perform other duties as assigned
