Tax Compliance

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation and filing
• Experience in a real estate industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge with bookkeeping software and advanced excel skills would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Work Location - Cebu

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparation, analysis and filing of monthly and quarterly tax related concerns such as:

• Expanded Withholding Tax (“EWT")
• Withholding Tax (“WTC”)
• Value Added Tax (“VAT”)
• Documentary Stamp Tax (“DST”)

1. Responsible of preparation, analysis and filing of Onerous Transfer of Real for Withholding Tax Remittance Return and annual Income Tax Return.
2. Responsible preparation, analysis and submission of quarterly and annual tax returns attachments such as SLSP, QAP, SAWT and monitoring of tax payments.
3. Responsible for the annual submission of AFS to BIR and SEC.
4. Responsible for preparation analysis and monitoring of Annual Inventory List.
5. Responsible for preparation and monitoring of annual submission of sworn declaration of annual gross income of sellers.
6. Responsible for preparing ad hoc reports and tax related supporting documents.
7. Preparation of BIR Audit (LOA) requirements.
8. Preparation of year-end FS Audit requirements related to tax.
9. Assistance to other departments for tax related queries.
