Tax Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks, such as handling office tasks, process permits/renewals, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Accounting tasks, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.
• Prepare and process tax returns.
• Maintain, prepare, manage, and record the cash/check disbursement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal, petty cash and other accounting related transactions.
• Analysis of data collected to determine the state of the company’s financial health, and to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
• Prepare and process bank and government related tasks (City Hall, PEZA, BIR and etc.).
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Taxation or same.
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
• Proficient in speaking English. Excellent in written and in verbal communication.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salcedo Village Makati City.
