CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (VOICE)
Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: answer email inquiries, able to do Inbound Calls, able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
Account Available:
- Retail
- eCommerce
- HealthCare
- Travel
- Sales
- Financial
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
- Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
- Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
- Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
- Team player and able to work with less supervision
- Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
- Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
- Willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
- Independent with positive work ethics and passion to succeed
- Willing to start immediately
