As a Procurement Engineer, you will prepare subcontractor contracts, analyze bids, and support procurement processes across multiple construction projects. You'll ensure scope accuracy, collaborate with teams, and help maintain efficiency in procurement operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field
- 5 years of combined experience in building construction and estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, CMiC, Box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work long hours in front of a computer
- Ability to work night shift
- Proficient in writing contracts quickly with no scope gaps
- Ability to provide detailed documentation for excluded scopes or potential gaps
- Proficient in writing scopes for priority "3" and "4" trades
- Advanced knowledge in Prequal and MSA processes
- Intermediate knowledge of estimating templates
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate progress effectively
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
