- Receive, log, and track customer complaints in the complaint logbooks.
- Investigate and document customer complaints and quality issues.
- Coordinate complaint investigations with cross-functional teams (e.g., Manufacturing, QC, R&D, Supply Chain).
- Analyze complaint data and perform root cause investigations using tools such as Fishbone Diagrams.
- Determine product impact and risk assessment as part of the complaint evaluation process.
- Ensure timely closure of complaints in compliance with intemal KPIs and external regulatory timelines.
- Prepare and issue customer responses through technical reports with technical clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
- Implement and monitor corrective action request.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections related to customer complaints.
- Daily update status of customer complaint monitoring logbook.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Conduct and prepare roving inspection report in every control point assigned in roving inspection schedule.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports.
- Perform testing of Raw Materials, In-process Production, and finished products, when necessary, as a part of verification process.
- Collaborate with QC, R&D, Production and other related department to ensure quality objectives are met and implement continuous improvement.
- Assist R&D and prepare verification report for trial production batch, new machine, and new method.
- Established Work Instruction Procedure for verified and approved Production trial.
- Ensure all QC Testing follows Sampling and Testing Plan for Raw Materials and In-Process Goods in regulatory requirements and Industry Standards. (e.g ASTM, ISO and etc.)
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions (CAR) for quality incidents or non-conformities.
- Generate Production Batch Sheet.
- Verify and monitor calibration of laboratory equipment. And measuring equipment in some designated areas.
