1. Assisting the Store Supervisor in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Helping to maintain inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand
3. Ensuring store policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are consistently followed
4. Monitoring and reporting on store sales, productivity, and other key performance indicators
5. Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
6. Collaborating with the team to implement merchandising and promotional strategies
7. Deputizing for the Store Supervisor in their absence and making decisions to ensure smooth store operations
