JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for managing daily branch operations
  • Leading the staff to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and the achievement of sales goals. This includes tasks such as staff training, performance management, transaction oversight, inventory management, security protocols, and resolving escalated customer issues.
  • Additionally, the role serves as a key liaison to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of four (4) year course
  • Has at least two to three years of experience as a branch supervisor in sales operations
  • Strong knowledge in admin works.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and handle people
