Influencer Marketing Specialist

Li Auto PH is seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and trust in the Philippine market. If you’re passionate about social media, have a deep understanding of influencer dynamics, and love working with trendsetters—this is your lane.
What You’ll Do:
Lead strategy: Design and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
Build partnerships: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers (nano to mega-tier) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Campaign execution: Negotiate deliverables and rates, manage contracts, and ensure smooth execution of campaignsAnalyze performance: Track KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization
Reporting: Create post-campaign reports and recommend strategies for scaling influencer activities
Brand alignment: Ensure all influencer content aligns with Li Auto’s premium brand voice, values, and marketing objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to interpret data and optimize based on insights
Up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Preferred Traits:
Creative, outgoing, and proactive personality
Experience with automotive or luxury brands is a plus
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence)
