[About the Role]
We are seeking multiple results-oriented Part-Time Influencer Marketing Officer on a rolling basis. Integrity, sense of responsibility, proactivity are the foremost characters we value for any roles we recruit.
Please note you need to have ready tools to do influencer search and contact for this role.
You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers to promote products and drive brand awareness.
You may have the opportunity to involve in other business projects like social media management, creative project, IMC projects, etc., based on your performance.
[Responsibilities]
@ Influencer Identification & Recruitment:
- Proactively identify and source relevant influencers across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) using your own established tools and methodologies.
- Evaluate potential influencers based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand alignment.
- Manage the entire influencer onboarding process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation (template will be provided).
@ Campaign Management & Execution:
- Effectively communicate with influencers to clearly articulate campaign objectives, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with their audience.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics, such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Contribute to internal ranking and evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

@ Maintain Confidentiality:
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding internal information, campaign strategies, influencer agreements, and others as required.
@ Product Understanding & Research:
- Rapidly research, study, and understand our products across various categories to effectively communicate their benefits to influencers.
- Develop clear and concise product briefs for influencers, highlighting key features and messaging points.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers.
- Established tools and methodologies for influencer search and evaluation.
- High sense of responsibility.
