The Accounting Head also supervises the accounting team, strengthens internal controls, and ensures that all financial processes support the company's operational and business objectives.

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Monitor daily bank transactions, cash flow, deposits, and petty cash to ensure proper cash management.
• Ensure all cash, bank, and financial records are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Review and approve vouchers, checks, payment requests, and other financial documents before release.
• Supervise payroll processing for Admin, Construction, and McDonald's employees, ensuring accurate timekeeping, payroll computations, statutory deductions, and final pay.
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance of SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, withholding taxes, and other mandatory government contributions.
• Oversee billing operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, and tenant-related billings, ensuring timely recording and reconciliation.
• Review daily sales reports, purchase reports, expense reports, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, Profit and Loss reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and other management reports.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management's strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and other applicable government requirements.
• Coordinate tax preparation, audits, and financial reporting with external auditors, consultants, banks, and government agencies.
• Develop, implement, and strengthen accounting policies, financial controls, and internal audit procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of Accounting Officers and other accounting personnel, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and improve financial processes.
• Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative functions as may be assigned by Management.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Work Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting reporting and month-end closing deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance managerial roles.
• Preferably with experience in retail, commercial property, or mall operations but not required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Strong leadership, managerial skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
