Sales & Client Relations

Promptly follow up on all incoming leads (calls, website inquiries, referrals, emails, social media).
Conduct initial client consultations to understand project needs, scope, and budget.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts in a professional and timely manner.
Track and update all client interactions in the company CRM or sales tracking system.
Nurture relationships with past clients and develop referral opportunities.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business meetups (as assigned).

Estimating & Proposals

Review project details, drawings, or site visits to create accurate estimates.
Break down costs for labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead.
Apply company’s profit margin guidelines when preparing proposals.
Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for updated pricing.
Prepare clear, client-facing proposals outlining scope, pricing, and timelines.
Revise estimates promptly when changes or client requests occur.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing trends and local market rates.

Follow-Up & Closing

Actively follow up with clients after sending estimates to address questions and encourage closing.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with professionalism, balancing client needs and company profit goals.
Handoff signed contracts and project details to operations/production teams for execution.
Track closing rates and provide weekly reports on leads, estimates, and contracts closed.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the owner and operations team to align sales efforts with project capacity.
Coordinate with marketing on promotions and campaigns to support lead generation.
Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve services, pricing, and customer experience.
Submit weekly sales pipeline reports, including leads, proposals sent, follow-ups, and closed deals.
