Hiring: Service Desk Analyst
- Training Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Dayshift during training)
- Work Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna (24/7 shifting schedule with rotation every quarter.)

Job Responsibilities- Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
- Record and maintain incident/request information.
- Escalate and coordinate issues until resolution.
- Monitor business-critical systems and manage incidents.
- Process user profile creation and deletion requests.
- Perform system monitoring and other assigned duties.
- Graduate of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course.
- Candidates with at least 1-2 years of related experience
- Open to fresh graduates with internship experience in IT Support.
- Knowledgeable in:
- Windows desktop environment
- Basic software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic computer networking
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
Important Note
Training will be conducted in Eastwood for 3–6 months (depending on performance and learning progress). Upon successful completion of training, the assigned work location will be Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Applicants must be willing to work in both locations.
