Minimum Requirements- University graduate (any 4-year course)
- Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Clear English pronunciation and strong communication skills
- Passion for teaching children
- No ESL teaching experience required
- Background in BPO, VA work, training, education, or similar fields is welcome
- TEFL certificate or willingness to obtain one
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
- Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher
- Minimum 8GB RAM and CPU score of 3500+
- External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
- Wired internet with 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup connection
- Power backup capable of running for at least 8 hours
