About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives for our Voice Account. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls whilst providing exceptional customer service to our clients.This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with no prior call centre experience to launch a rewarding career in customer service. You will be part of a supportive team environment where training and development are prioritised to ensure your success.
Key responsibilities- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, responding to customer enquiries and addressing concerns promptly
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Document and process customer requests, complaints, and feedback accurately in the company system
- Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed daily call targets and performance metrics as outlined by management
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging or high-pressure situations
- Participate in training sessions and performance coaching to continuously improve skills and product knowledge
- Follow company protocols, policies, and procedures consistently
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support of colleagues
- No prior call centre experience required – we welcome candidates from all backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong listening and active comprehension abilities
- Patient, empathetic approach to customer interactions and problem-solving
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers or situations
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and products
- High school diploma or equivalent (basic educational qualification)
- Comfortable working in a team-based environment with support from supervisors
- Competitive salary up to ₱26,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
